ADCC 2013 – risultati: Se l’UFC è la lega PRO più famosa di MMA , l’ADCC è il suo corrispettivo per quanto riguarda il grappling. Quest’anno ( e mi copro la testa di cenere per espiare ) ho dedicato pochissimo spazio alla preparazione ADCC. Ma come al solito tutti i migliore del mondo del bjj e della lotta si stanno dando battaglia a Pechino.
